My husband and I loved your class, along with personal reflection; the class helped us open up a channel to discuss about our feelings or just check in with each other on an emotional level and I think we forgot to do that in a very long time. 💫 ' The mindfulness/meditation in the second half of the day, really opened something that I didn’t expect, but because of Jenny’s support, I found it a really safe space to explore further, which I otherwise might not have. Also the breath work at the beginning of the day was mind blowing! Literally 🔥
