💫The attention to detail & multi-sensory elements complimented an absolutely memorable experience. I feel blessed to have been a member of the group to attend both parts & my heart & soul a little fuller & richer for it.

💫 ' The mindfulness/meditation in the second half of the day, really opened something that I didn’t expect, but because of Jenny’s support, I found it a really safe space to explore further, which I otherwise might not have. Also the breath work at the beginning of the day was mind blowing! Literally 🔥
